We have been proud sponsors of Anna Hursey since 2023 and cheered her on to every new success. We are delighted to renew our sponsorship for a further three years. This aligns with our long standing support package for Welsh Sport and strengthens our commitment to nurture talent and develop the next generation.
Anna has come a long way in a short time. Still only 19, she was the youngest person to represent Wales, aged just 10 when she competed for Wales in a European Championship qualification match against Kosovo in 2017. Since then, Anna has competed at The Paris Olympics and won many awards. In 2025 alone Anna won numerous competitions, including the European Youth Championship and the World Youth U19 Girls Doubles Championship. She is currently ranked 32nd in the world at senior level and 5th in the world at youth level.
Martin Crannis, CEO of Sportscover Europe commented: “We are thrilled to be continuing our sponsorship with Anna. The progress she has made over the last 3 years has been extraordinary and we are so proud to have been part of that journey. As we move into the next 3 years, we are very excited to see how Anna progresses further heading towards the LA Olympics in 2028.”

Owen Rogers, CEO Table Tennis Wales added; “I want to thank Sportscover Europe for their ongoing support of Table Tennis Wales. Their commitment makes a real difference to Anna and the growth of the sport across Wales. We are excited as we look forward to what we can achieve together.”
Anna Hursey said: “I am very grateful for the continued support over the next three years. This partnership is greatly appreciated and provides important stability as I continue my development and competitive journey. I look forward to building on this support and representing the partnership with pride.”

We look forward to supporting and cheering Anna on over the next three years to the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028 and beyond!
